3 things you can hear: Birds chirping, your breath.
2 things you can smell: Coffee, your lunch, clothes.
1 thing you can taste: A mint, gum, the fresh air.

A simple way to ease stress is to focus on your senses observe five things you see, four you can touch, three you hear, two you smell, and one you taste. This method shifts attention away from worry and brings a sense of peace.
