3 things you can hear: Birds chirping, your breath.
2 things you can smell: Coffee, your lunch, clothes.
1 thing you can taste: A mint, gum, the fresh air.

A simple way to ease stress is to focus on your senses observe five things you see, four you can touch, three you hear, two you smell, and one you taste.
