5 things you can see: Your hands, the sky, a plant.
4 things you can feel: Feet on the ground, the chair.
3 things you can hear: Birds chirping, your breath.
2 things you can smell: Coffee, your lunch, clothes.
1 thing you can taste: A mint, gum, the fresh air.

Anxiety can feel overwhelming, but grounding techniques help bring calmness. A simple way to ease stress is to focus on your senses observe five things you see, four you can touch, three you hear, two you smell, and one you taste. This method shifts attention away from worry and brings a sense of peace.
