My curse is to see too much. I see every change in tone, every shift in behavior, every expression. I carry it all, even when I wish I didn’t.
Constant sensitivity to shifts in tone, behavior, or expressions can overwhelm. Carrying others’ emotions often leads to stress, making it hard to set boundaries. This heightened awareness, while a strength, may cause burnout if not managed. Learning to balance empathy with self-care is key to preserving mental health.
