Mental Health Foundation of West Michigan, underscores the significance of these changes, stating, “For many folks, what we found during the pandemic is the amount of change that came about turned into a place where now we’re very concerned about mental health.”

The pandemic, characterized by widespread uncertainty, isolation, and upheaval, has presented a multitude of challenges that can profoundly affect an individual’s mental health.

The Pandemic Changes Impact On Employee Mental Health
